WELCOME TO SARAJEVO

If you're coming with good will, you're always wellcome to Sarajevo

This is SARAJEVO.
June 28. 1914 - Serb terrorist kills an Austro-Hungarian
Prince and the WWI starts soon after.
February 1984 - XIV Winter Olympic Games held.
1992 - 1995 - The City survives the longest and most savage siege in the history of the world.

Look at your hands and think about what they're doing
This is a picture of an ancient Bosnian tombstone.
This was at the time when Bosnia was a Kingdom and
had its own Church, independent of Rome and Constantinoples.
We can actually claim to have been the first democratic country in Europe because at the time when Europeans were burning people, especially women, at stakes, for being "villains" and "witches", we accepted anyone who came to ask for refuge here. The Pope called our country "Reffugium hereticum", and us Bosnians "The Plague".

I myself play bass in a rock band called "TATOO".
I like music, nature (especially water), film,
creative arts etc.
If you have any questions about Sarajevo, Bosnia, or the whole Balkan region,
feel free to e-mail me and ask, I'll be happy to answer.
